What is the general class format?

In general, the class format goes like this: Opening ceremony (reciting the Principles of Omniform and a short meditation), warm-up exercises (emphasizing endurance, strengthening and flexibility training), specialized skill development (hand and foot techniques, sparring, etc.), technical and philosophical conversations, and a closing ceremony (a short meditation, and acknowledgments).

What do I need to get started?

Loose clothing (most students wear a uniform), a jump rope, and, most importantly, your eagerness and willingness to learn and grow.

How does one progress?

When you enroll into Omniform you are enrolling into a Black Belt training program. As a beginner in this practice you start as a White Belt and over time you advance to Black Belt. Testing is conducted in February, June and October. Each belt rank has a set of required skill and knowledge proficiencies that the student must demonstrate to be awarded a higher belt rank.

How long are the classes?

Beginner class runs for 1 hour and intermediate and advanced classes run for 1 ½ hours.

What improvements can I expect over time?

Omniform training is designed to enhance your mental and physical growth. Therefore, you will see incremental improvements in your strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility. Your mental state will improve- reflecting better awareness and discerning ability. You will experience levels of increased determination and commitment which are the building blocks for being confident and self-reliant, and you will increase your effectiveness to neutralize behaviors that impair your growth and instill behaviors that will empower your growth and success.
